Homemade Brownies. Rich, chocolaty and VERYYYYY FATTENING!!


  • 115 g butter
  • 200 g white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 50 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 g salt
  • 1 g baking powder
  • 45 g butter, softened
  • 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 100 g confectioners’ sugar

How to make:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.

2. In a large saucepan, melt butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.

3. Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.

4. To Make Frosting: Combine butter, 3 cocoa, vanilla, sugar. Frost brownies while they are still warm.

Got the recipe from AllRecipes.com under the name of Best Brownies. There is also another recipe called Deep Dish Brownies. I’ve tried both and I might say yang Deep Dish Brownies tu is more rich and browny-like -P
