Mitsubishi Motor Corporation Mizushima Plant Trip

Mitsubishi Motors Corp.Hari ini aku, Mr. Miyoshi + 3 org colleague pergi join ‘Lawatan Sambil Belajar’ ke Mitsubishi Motor Corp Mizushima Plant. Tak jauh pun actually dari company kitorang. Ada sedikit seminar pasal environment, tapi main objective kitorg join tu untuk tgk Mitsubishi punya production line. Team aku under Miyoshi Boss selalunya hanya buat clamp set drawing untuk toyota. Dan hanya Mr. Miyoshi aja yg pernah pergi ke Toyota tengok diorg punya production. So invitation dari Mitsubishi ini ibarat kecil tapak tangan lah.

Mizushima Plant ni besar gila. Luas 1,245,700m², workers 6500 org. Tempat yang kitorg pusing2 pun ada la 40% kot. Dapatla tengok dia punya production flow. Aku nak tengok crash test sebenarnya. Tapi crash test, devepoment etc rupanya diorg tak buat di Mizushima. Mizushima hanya buat production aja.

Mitsubishi WRC 2005Masa masuk dlm tempat production tu tak boleh bwk camera. So, aku tak boleh la nak tunjuk betapa best nya suasana dalam kilang tu. Tapi dekat main entrance dia ada letak pameran sikit2 so aku pun amik la gambo. Memandangkan aku tak bawak camera, aku pakai handset aje la. Sorry la tak terang. Klik untuk tengok gambar besar. Sebelah ni model Lancer Evo yang dipakai masa WRC 2005. Dia tulis kat panel tu “Model Car” so maybe replica la kot.

Takkan bawak balik jepun pun habuk tak tanggal kot. Nak tengok video evo 3 ni “in action” boleh tengok kat YouTube.

Mitsubishi Evo IXYang ni pulak seperti yang diketahui ramai, the previous evo, Evo IX. Yg kat bawak tu dia part bawah dr enjin sampai belakang. Evo X maybe sebab bersepah dalam kilang so dia tak tunjuk la kat show room ni.

Mizushima Go

Yang best tu ada jugak the first ever Mistubishi Car – Mizushima Go 😛 3 roda aje. 744cc, 13hp.. Not bad kalau pikir zaman tu.

Malam ni tidor kena mimpi bawak evo ni.. broom brooomm

Buang aje

Jangan buang sampah merata-rata
Source : Duckling – Supersonic

Pastu kena tuduh rempit pulak tu. Bukan yang hisap rokok aja, yang suka hisap botol pun sama. Dah habis minum aje, terus pum buang. Macam budak kecik lak konon terbiasa dari kcik la tu?. Pesan mak aku, “Kalau tak reti minum jangan minum!”…

Yummy Brownies Recipe

I made some brownies, after reading a thread at Forum.Cari.com. The owner of the recipe, K.Mas created her own version of an absolutely chewy, gooey and yummy brownies and I just couldn’t say no to it and ran straight to the kitchen

It turned out as described, chewy gooey and yummy! Here’s the recipe fellas:

Ingredients:

  • 250g butter, cubed
  • 400g chocolate
  • 6 eggs
  • 340g brown sugar
  • 2tsp esen vanilla
  • 20g chocolate emulco** (I think can be left out if you don’t have any)
  • 80g flour
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 140g nuts (almond, walnuts etc)

How to make:

  1. Preheat oven to 160deg and lined a baking tray with baking sheet
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave (stir occasionally) or using double-boiler method. Set aside.
  3. Mix together egg, sugar, chocolate emulco and vanilla essence until sugar had dissolved.
  4. Mix the two mixture (egg mixture + chocolate mixture) and stir until just combined.
  5. Sift flour and cocoa powder and add to wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  6. Pour in baking tray and bake for about 1 hour.
  7. Let the brownies completely cooled before cutting. Better yet, leave it overnight and then cut it into cubes.

I added sliced almonds, made only half of the recipe and made some into small mini brownies using a mini cupcake tray.

Something yummy for the tummy in the weekend.

Thank you K.Mas for the recipe. Will be in my favourite list from now on.

Lava Cake & Healthy Chips Recipe

Later on this week, I made a wonderful dessert from, again, Allrecipes.com called Chocolate Cake with Liquid Centers @ Lava Cake.

It was really good, and it did melt in mouth, just as described in the recipe. My advise is to eat it while it’s still warm with a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Or you can leave it in the fridge and it’ll taste even better the next day

Give it a try!

And then I made some chips, and what’s amazing about it, is that I didn’t fry them, but instead I microwaved ’em. And it turned out super crispy and super yummy! I was skeptical at first, but when I tried it, it turned out to be just like those natural potato chips you get in grocery stores. Trust me, it works!

How to make:

  1. Clean potatoes (you can peel off the skin if you want, I left mine on) and slice it into thin slices.
  2. Lightly coat with olive oil or any kind of oil with a dash of salt and pepper.
  3. Spread them over your microwave ceramic plate in a single layer and cook ’em in the microwave at HIGH for about 4-5minutes.

Thanks to Lydia from My Kitchen, for sharing us the tip on how to make healthy chips minus the oil and calories. And trust me,it taste gooooooooodddd!
